iblastoff, you are absolutely right. But matter what, here is the info about how to…

Clearing Cache on Internet Explorer 7.0:

1. Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
3. Click Delete Files button.
4. Click Delete button across from Temporary Internet Files.
5. Click Yes.
6. Click Close.
7. Click Ok.

Well, sorry to say, but as iblastoff said, you’re gonna need at least a basic skill of handling XHTML and CSS markups, if you want to customize your site’s look.

The customizing happens by editing the forms, pages, css and articles.

since the pages/ layouts are html and css and i design them through they would just load. but guess not..
