Anyone know why quotation marks are showing up as " in my site’s source text rather than just displaying the symbols themselves? Or better yet, know how to stop it?

Hello all.
Personally I find txp.icio.us a very useful and elegant txp:plug-in (I had to mess around with the del.icio.us api, it’s awful). I hope it will be updated for del.icio.us 2…
Meanwhile, I’m was wondering why the request function works only with one tag for me. With multiple tags (tag1+tag2+tag3) it breaks and only a white space is returned. Suggestions anyone?
Besides this, I’m running it successfully under txp:4.0.6.
