Version textpattern.css filename when updated
Past few releases have caused changes that break the layout slightly if you have the css file cached. Many clients aren’t familiar with hitting Ctrl F5 if the layout looks broken. So I thought making the css file names something like textpattern.4.0.6.css might help this.

but then upon further upgrades, you’d be stuck with a bunch of textpattern.4.0.6.css, 4.0.7.css, 4.0.8.css etc files in the dir.
