Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] sed_section_fields
I’m using FireFox 2 .0.0.11 on XP SP2. I try on IE7 too. Last 4.0.6 txp release official.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] sed_section_fields
All
my unreserved apologies to you — please treat 0.2.111 as the 4.0.6 release. It doesn’t appear to play well with Dale’s copy of glz_custom_fields after all :-(
Doing a diff between his version and the one I worked against shows some changes but as Gerhard doesn’t seem to have released 1.1 of his plugin yet I’m going to hold off fixing this until the release of his plugin.
Once it is released, getting them working together will be my top priority for this plugin.
Dale
thanks for the login — that’s already helped me. BTW, nice admin scheme going on there.— Steve

Yeah, it’s my favorite admin theme by Phillipe Whittenberg, phiw. You can get it here… Big props.

As a pleasant side-effect of my recent playing with this plugin, Ben Bruce’s problem (reported here) has been found and fixed in my development version.
Dale
The above fix will be of interest to you too.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] sed_section_fields
Steve + Dale,
Yesterday I played for 2 minutes with a non-official release of glz_custom that I have “stolen” during the “pastebin incident” (note that I have a paid copy of version 1.0).
This version should be identical to the one used by mrdale.
As I said in my previous post I had to reset the preferences for ied_hide_in_admin to make it work.
Unfortunately I won’t have access to my computer till tomorrow so I can’t be more precise now…

Steve,
glz_custom_fields v1.1 is finally out!
Obviously I don’t want to bother you in any manner but if you manage to make your plugin work with glz_custom_fields I bet a lot of people would be grateful forever.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] sed_section_fields
any word on when we can see a version that hides glz_custom_fields? i’m using the latest versions of both plugins but the fields are not hidden in the write tab on both firefox and safari (os x).

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] sed_section_fields
OK, I solved one thing.
I usually do a little trick and use a symbolic link called “edit” that points to txp, which means that sed javascript won’t load because the login cookie is different.
So I was getting a function not found. BUT, now the function is working AND it ain’t hiding anything… I would LOVE to get this functioning. I can just taste it.
