ooklala, does that host support TXP out of the box (ie. no tweaks required)?

They are a prepaid provider, which actually makes them much cheaper than other hosts (I deposit 10 dollars about every 3 months). You only pay for what you use. Add to that the unlimited amount of subdomains, and unlimited databases, and you have a winner. Also, they have possibly the best support team I’ve ever seen.
interesting..they seem to enforce php safe mode though. has that caused any issues for you?

No tweaks (except for adding the .htaccess file and making sure the permissions on the upload are correct) needed. I entered the mysql information, and that was that. Safe mode has no effect on txp though.
