Which page templates and forms come with the standard Txp install?

I’ve been looking for a list of the page templates and forms that come with a fresh install of Textpattern. Is there a list any where?

they’re in the textbook. although they’re probably a bit outdated since 4.0.6 just came out a moment ago.
