Privileges that suits me

I’m currently running the web site www.juvenorge.com, but I find the Privilege-system very limted. I have to give my writers Copy Editor Privileges so they can edit all articles, but by giving them those Privileges, they also get the possibility to edit pages, forms and categories.

To reduce the risk of someone f*cking things up, could someone tell me how to edit these privileges? I would like my editors get allowed doing these things:

- can manage articles, comments and links
- can manage images and files

Is this possible?

You can change the rights-to-roles mapping to fit your needs.
