Multi Lingual News Listings

Hello,

I’ve already got a site set up with Textpattern that I developed over a year ago. I’m running version 4.04 with the l10n multilingual plugin.

I’m looking for some advice on a suitable news listing plugin that I can use with the l10n multilingual plug in (v 0.6.600). All I need basically is something that will allow me to add news articles as a list so that I can have a mini list on the home page that will show only the latest 3 articles, each of which upon clicking on would take you to the article itself.

Could anyone recommend something decent?

If you’d like to display your own articles, then you don’t need any other plugins than MLP itself
If you’d like to display some feed items, you can use bit_rss with Simplepie, you can use the MLP if_lang conditional tag to display language specific feeds.

Hi Mario,

Thanks for the reply. So you mean that I can create listings as I’ve explained without the need for any plugin? I didn’t realise this was possible. Is there some documentation that you could point me to with regards to how this might be done?
