advanced search
I am trying to develop a search tool on a site which will display a list of articles depending on the criteria that was selected in the search fields.
To make myself clearer think of it like this: take a site like ebay, you can search the site for a certain product depending on some criteria (characteristic) of it, for instance, a book, you select in the search box the characteristics (type of cover, language, date of release, price range… etc.) and when you hit the display button, only the products with those criteria will be displayed as a list. There are no keywords involved just predefined criteria which I thought will be best aranged thru articles with adecuat custom fields and categories.
something like this with only drop down lists and bullet-check box selectors no keywords:

I’m not sure my logic is correct in this case, and don’t know exactly how to accomplish this. Any suggestions are welcome.
Thank you.

Re: advanced search
Took a look at the plugin, I think that should do it. Thanks.
