dynamic drop-down menu and population of child menu

Here’s a mockup that I need created in txp:
http://centro.dev.polishyourimage.com/centro_working%20files/tearsheet%20archive/tearsheet-filter.jpg

Functionality: Each feature box (e.g. Toyota, Wachovia, etc.) would be like an article (I think). We want the list ‘filterable’ via the drop-down menus at the top of the page. The idea being, the user selects a category in the first drop-down menu and the 2nd drop-down menu is dynamically populated with subcategories, and so forth. After the user chooses a category in the 2nd drop-down menu (we may not need the 3rd) it filters the results beneath it.

Here’s the current ‘static’ page:

Can this be accomplished in txp?

Sincerely,

Jason Graham
