config.php is missing or corrupt.

I have uploaded Textpattern to my server and am trying to install, but when I navigate to www.mysite/textpattern-4.0.5/ I get the following:

config.php is missing or corrupt. To install Textpattern, visit textpattern/setup/

Has something gone wrong? Or is this normal – when I click the link to /setup/ the install proceeds as it should.

This is normal when you first install textpattern
