Good feeback on a PHP survey tool?
Does anyone can recommend a good open-source free (or cheap) survey tool?
Clean HTML or XHTML, utf-8 support, ability to be localized, are needed of course :)

A few years ago I made good experiences with phpsurveyor, which seem to have a made a namechange to http://www.limesurvey.org/
THe software has a relatively long history, and thus a wealth of features. I’ve never looked under the hood, but it allowed me to do all the things I wanted to do 8even if the administration of it looks challenging at first, it’s really not that difficult).

Jeremie, I am looking for a tool also. How did you like LimeSurvey? If you didn’t use it, what solution did you find?
