how to make the Advanced option always "display"

i’m writing the blog with my mobile,but when i login there always “Advanced option” on left nav not display,
so i click it,the page need refresh again in opera mini,

so i need know that if i can change the css or template to make that Advanced option display when i log in.

maybe in textpattern css,but i need someone told me where it is and how to change the value,something..
