Enable comments retroactively

Hi guys, I was wondering if it was possible to enable comments for all articles from a single section (well two sections actually – called skins and blog) via an SQL query or maybe there is a more elegant way? There are like 300+ articles in the DB for those sections and reenabling them by hand would be really tedious.

1. Go to list of written articles, list all required articles using search form at the top of page.
2. Then check first and last article, press at the bottom button “Group” – this will select all articles between.
3. In select menu press “switch commenting” :)
