I cant change the file upload path

I have moved txp from a subfolder to root, and i have two problems (both appear in the diagnostic:

-I cant change the file upload path. After i change the path and click on save, gives me 406 error: The resource cannot be displayed
The resource you are looking for cannot be opened by your browser.

-The test for clean URL’s failed..

All was fine until i moved txp from my test subfolder to root..

EDIT
I’ve fixed the first one, i simply changed the entry in the mySQL
But i would need help for the second one..

My fault!
When i moved the files, the .htaccess file from the subfolder was not overvritten to the .htaccess file which was in the root directory..
After i moved the .htaccess to the root, all is fine.

The topic can be closed, sorry for the trouble..
