Taghandlers.php flagged as development
so I just deleted publish/taghandlers.php and ran svn update against the 4.0.5 release folder. It added back taghandlers.php but when I re-run the diagnostic I’m told that it is a development version. Any advice here?

So I’m pretty sure its unrelated but for some reason emails aren’t being sent from TXP (on new comments, when requesting a new password, etc.). I went to diagnostics and that popped up, and on top of that when I put my site in debugging mode, the front end generates a completely blank page.
I’m going to create a seperate thread for these issues if they are not related to this.
