[Resolved]How to make permalinks compatible Blogger?
Example: /year/month/title-like-this.html
I’ve searched, but so many posts in this forums response Bad Request..
Thanks.
Update
OK, I found out two ways.
1st: In .htaccess, rewrite ^\/\d{4}\/\d{2}\/[^\.^\/]+\.html$
to a php script, then do 301 redirect in this script.
2nd: check here http://ideoplex.com/id/1224/textpattern-and-customurlfunc

Re: [Resolved]How to make permalinks compatible Blogger?
- gbp_permanent_links can do this
- But why you want to do this? Moving from Blogger to Textpattern?
If not moving in general about extensions: Actually extensions are bad for SEO, and if there isn’t slash at the end it isn’t folder, if you’re thinking about that matter, even with out extension.
- They make URL longer
- Some search-engines doesn’t seperate extension and actual word (like blog.html, is blog.html, not just blog)
- It’s user-friendlier with out extension
Cheers!

Re: [Resolved]How to make permalinks compatible Blogger?
Thanks for urs reply. You’re right, I’m trying to move from Blogger.
Actually, I’ve tried gbp_permanent_links before post, but I don’t know how to get the suffix “.html”
I made a permalink rule like this: /year/month/title/
Then set url title of post like this: title-like-this.html
But the result is: /2008/01/title-like-thishtml
How to get the dot?…
