HTML form - what to use?

If I have a html form with, like 20 or more fields, what would be the best way to put it in txp site?

Can I use zem plugin? Or maybe there is some other?

zem_contact_reborn should be fine for you needs. actually i’m not even aware of any other email form plugins.
