Desperately seeking...
… links to your MLP Pack sites.
I’m redesigning my plugins site and would like to include some links to projects that are using the MLP Pack.
If you have a site that uses the MLP Pack and you wouldn’t mind some extra linkage, please post your homepage links here or contact me with them. There is one major condition though: it must be a site that I’d be happy to let my young daughter look at.
Please include the following in your communication…
- Site url & site name (in the default language of the site)
- Copyright holder
- Site developer/designer (include a link if you like)
- Languages served
- Default language
Many thanks in advance!

Re: Desperately seeking...
The gaming site project I was developing (12 languages available, no non-en content yet) is currently stalled, pending review :-(
When I get it to a state worthy of public viewing and we can afford some translators to do the dirty work, I’ll let you know. Kick-ass bit of TXP and AJAX, even if I do say so myself.

Re: Desperately seeking...
I still need to rebuild a couple of tri-lingual sites with the MLP Pack, I’ve been putting that off but I really should get started now… I’ll let you know when I’ve finished one, though I don’t know if you find it useable, they are rather straightforward holiday accommodations sites, nothing fancy.

Re: Desperately seeking...
I have one site I am starting on over Christmas, with 2 languages. Did not start yet due to the old MLP bugs, and will be able to post a link in a couple of weeks.

Hi Steve,
What a pleasure to develop a site using your marvelous MLP!
MGO Translations is the website for María Gabriela Ortiz, a translator that holds a translation services business, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Quoted from her site:
“MGO-Translations has been serving in the GILT Industry for more than ten years.
MGO-Translations specializes in English & German into international Spanish translation, editing and proofreading.
Quality-driven and customer-focused language professionals provide translation services in areas of expertise that include website localization, health care, law, medicine, cosmetics, chemistry, marketing and corporate affairs.
We offer state-of-the-art technology and qualified translators to meet our customers’ needs.”

All
I updated the opening post to include a few details I’ll need along with your site url.
Julián
Could you just confirm a couple of things about that site…
- Default language
- Copyright holder
- Site author
Thank you.

Re: Desperately seeking...
Site url: Postcards of Japan
Copyright holder: Kjeld Duits
Site author: Kjeld Duits
Languages served: English, Japanese, Dutch
Default language: English
It launches in January; as of now the translations have not gone up yet.
I am developing another far more complex site site that looks really cool. Unfortunately two important plugins (for the project) don’t seem to work perfectly yet with MLP. I’ll send you the info for that site as soon as I have ironed out the problems.

Thank you for posting that and very nice! It passes my acid test; I shall be including it as an example site.

Not sure about the site author: do you mean the site developer/designer or the author of site contents?

Sorry for not making that clearer. I meant the developer/designer when I said author. I’ll update the opening post too.

Re: Desperately seeking...
All Txp + MLP users
Thank you for all the feedback so far. I just wanted to say that the sites you folks are developing with the MLP Pack are simply amazing. I am very gratified to see Txp and the MLP Pack being used together like this.
Well done and please keep them coming.
