Re: Tricky article layout. Would've loved a little help. (Fixed)
Wow. I figured out i wanted to try a little css approtch (How do you even write that) to my layout and it worked fine!
First, I tought about placing all of my code here, but with TP-boards bad code handling, I decided not.
Anyway. You might look at an example on my website.
1. First, there is a small image at the front page.
2. By press “Les Videre” (Read more) or the headline of the article, you’ll get a version with full size picture. You’ll see this image looks terrible, but that’s only because of it’s original size. When you try to do the same thing with one large image, everything works great!
^- Frontpage. “Testnyhet”. Small image: http://musikkprat.com/tp/ ^
– Single news. Big image: http://musikkprat.com/tp/small_news/5/testpost
– Frontpage. “Hvem er Inter?”. Small image: http://musikkprat.com/tp/
– Sing news. Big image. http://musikkprat.com/tp/main_news/6/iaquninta-hvem-er-inter
(I had to put in som lame stoff to get them lined. I don’t understand this forum.) Sight
When I’ve finished my site, I’ll make a template with this layout. (Switching headers and stuff)
Edit: As you might notice, the latest news on the page, “Testing overflowing images”, uses an image with 620*320px. That is 100px wider and 20px higher than the biggest layout is. This means you may post bigger images without them ruining your layout!
