You need a complete TXP copy from SVN, because is_logged_in relies on some changes in several other files as well. Mainly txp_auth.php, txp_admin.php, txplib_auth.php.

That’s rather what I was afraid of :-) I will leave this issue for now, since it is not my policy to install SVN copies on client sites. But thanks for the work — I am sure it will pay off for me down the line.
