updating faq entry regarding clean urls and netfirms hosting

the above faq mentions that netfirms supports clean urls but they definitely do not!
i’ve tried everything from the experimental 404 error document method of rewriting and all sorts of testing of various htaccess setups. i’ve contacted them twice about the issue (each about 6 months apart) and they claim they’re aware and are currently ‘working on it’ both times.

that faq entry should probably be edited to remove the netfirms mention as it may lead a few to sign up and be disappointed (as i am!)
