upm_quicktags with the textile add on does pretty much the same thing. It just needs image and link buttons converted to textile. It would also be cake to turn this into an Admin side plugin.

By the way hakjoon, I use your textile_tags-plugin at admin side :P And I find it way better than any real WYSIWYG-editor :)
