Sub Sections In Crockery

Hi,

I’ve been playing with Crockery and I like what I’m seeing in regard to setting parents for sections. My questions are:

1. Will the permanent links show the parents too eventually? ie. /section/subsection1/subsection2/etc…
2. How about sections with the same name? I have a need for subsections with the same name but not the same (ie. an “about” subsection for my sections) Can textpattern just refer to its internal ID numbers to tell them apart?

Sorry if this is not in the right section.

Thanks,
Shige

Oh! Subsections! That’s been on my wishlist for textpattern for dont-know-how-many years. Looking much forward to the time this feature makes it into the distro.

Re: Sub Sections In Crockery

Hi Any idea when this will be? I am using TXP at the moment for a very simple site but because TXP doesnt have the ability to use subsections with parents etc ive had to revert back to wordpress. So i cant wait (No really, i cant!) to see a TXP release that incorperate this! Also is there a beta or installable version i can test.

Cheers

Alfie

Re: Sub Sections In Crockery

Nope. It’s ready when it’s ready.
If you need it now, look for a different solution.
