changing themes or styles

Just started using textpattern and chose a template from textgarden. Noticed that the themes there allowed you to switch from one theme to another but noticed when I installed the theme this was not part of the theme functionality.

Saw that one template allowed switching styles but required code for style switching.
Qouted from http://thebombsite.com/jat/gemini

Style switching is done by use of the “fla_style_switcher” and “fla_altstyle_link” plug-ins from Benoit Pepermans.

But cant find those plugins.

Is it possible to have a user switch themes on a live version of textpattern and where can I get information on how to do it.

Thanks for any info
Pete

Re: changing themes or styles

The link you provided takes you to textpattern.org that has a link to another textpattern.org article that has a link to the authors website and the files are not there.

Had already been there when I asked the question, but thanks for replying. Havent found anywhere else to get those files

They might not even be compatible with the latest txp. If your’re looking for a style switcher you can also check out A Backward Compatible Style Switcher
