small thing: rename button in plugins page?

The button next to the textfield in the plugins page says “upload”, which makes the user thing the desired way to install a plugin is browse in their computer for the file and upload. Perhaps the text that says “Install plugin” can be changed to “Copy and paste plugin here” and “upload” can be changed to “send”?

Small thin, i know, but it would make things clearer

or “save” might be a better word as plugins are ‘saved’ in the db…

I would actually love to have the upload option back.

However, given the current functionality upload definitely does not make sense as a label.
