Article with comments enabled very slow to show up
Hi folks,
Just can’t make my head around this one:
When I enable comments in an article, the page will take a huge time to load…
If I turn comments off, the page loads normally, pretty fast…
Why is that ?
Any clues ?

Do I have to understand that my IP has been blacklisted ? That’s weird…
Wich spam blacklist should I use then ?
Anyone having a good one to suggest ?

I’d recommend using one of the anti-comment-spam plugins available at textpattern.org instead of using blacklists that are really meant for fighting email spam (which is a different beast entirely).
