File Downloads not being counted?!?

Hey all, I uploaded a podcast to my site via FTP, and then went into the Files tab and chose the file from the dropdown to let TXP know the file was there. It listed it, gave it an id, etc.

BUT, it is not counting the number of downloads. I know for sure it has been downloaded 12 times so far, yet it still says 0. The file is 47mb, but would that matter with TXP? Anyone know what might be the problem with it not counting the downloads?

Was it downloaded using a TXP download link or directly from the files folder?

Thats the odd part it was downloaded using a TXP link. i.e- /file_download/12

But, I am now tracking the downloads using Mint instead of TXP so all is good, not sure what the problem with it is though.
