My admin page cannot send login information to users

Hello guys,

I need help, when i create a new user, they cant receive their login info, admin cannot send emails to new authors. I also tried user reset author password, and the message says could not mail the email address.

I hope you guys can help me.

Have you checked that the main publisher’s email address is correct and server has access (it’s on same domain) to use it?
