main interface
I deleted the tables and then I came to this message:
“That went well. Database tables were created and populated.
You should be able to access the main interface with the login and password you chose.
Thank you for your interest in Textpattern.”
When I click main interface I come back to the Welcome to textpattern, choose language. How can I access the main interface?

Re: main interface
Depends on the situation at hand.
Supposedly, you want to associate your intall to a new or other existing database.
So, in this case the steps are as follows:
- Create a new empty database
- To create new tables for an empty database, remove or rename php.config and return to /setup/ and make sure that the setup folder is there
- To point your install at another existing database edit php.config and modify the necessary values for sql user databasename and sql login.
- Edit the necessary fields in admin prefs.
