How to enable Submit button in comments form?

I would like my users to straightaway submit their comments instead of forcing a preview on them. How do I enable straightaway submission?

Re: How to enable Submit button in comments form?

as far as i know you can’t.

if you think users aren’t able to discern between their preview, then you could try styling the preview more effectively from your regular comments using css. or you could use a plugin like this

Or you could use a in-build tag, that does the same as that plugin: <txp:if_comments_preview>

Cheers!

This is really sad. It’s confusing my users a lot.

Since TextPattern already provides comment moderation, submitting comments without previewing should have been at least an option that could be turned on/off in the admin control panel!

I have no problem dealing with hundreds of spam comments on the back end as long as they don’t show up to my site’s visitors. The current way TP is implementing this takes the effort off site admins’ backs & puts it on visitors’!
