[solved by itself] opera 9.23 + this forum
the menu “Jump to” dropdown (where it says ‘Official Announcements’ and such) is massively huge in Opera 9.23 (latest) to the point where it takes up the entire screen. anyone else notice this?

I don’t normally use it but I’ve just had a look and it seems fine to me. In fact I’m using it for this reply.
