Adding a file attachment in a contact form

So I’m making a contact form with zem_contact_reborn. I’d like to have the user attach a file along with the other info they’re filling out. I’m sure there is a plug-in to handle this, but I haven’t found it yet. Any ideas?

There’s no plugin publicly available that can do this.
