I don't want email notification of my own comments

I’ve looked high a low all over the Net and I can’t find a simple solution to this issue. I do not want to be notified when I respond to comments on my own posts, I only want to be notified when others comment. Seems like this should be a simple plugin.

What if someone impersonates you when submitting a comment?

Re: I don't want email notification of my own comments

:D HAHAHAHA! Well, I suppose theoretically that’s a possibility.

With WordPress there’s a check that can be run to see if the commenter is logged in to the admin panel. I wonder if something like this could be done with TXP. Or, at the very least, just have it go by the author’s email address. If the author’s email address matches the commenter’s email address then don’t send out a notification.

I’m really not too worried about impersonators. I’ve been blogging for almost 3 years with over 3,000 comments and I’ve never had anyone try to impersonate me.
