How to create a form

Hi!

I’m new on this forum. First of all, my apologies if this subject has been answered before, I have read the FAQs and the previous post and I haven’t found an answer.

I would like to create a form for a web page. Something similar to a forum, I would like visitors to register to the page before they can acceed to content. Is this possible? How can I do this?
