Again, thanks!
*EDIT: isn’t there a possibility to put them off by default?
Go to Admin>preferences->Use textile

No offence, but that part I already knew :-)
Is it possible to turn textile OFF for excerpts, but ON for articles?

hi maxvoltar
No offence taken. Hope i did not offend you:)
txp preferences work globally. the only way is to use Els suggestion…
If you just want to avoid the p
tag in an otherwise textile enabled chunk of text you could start the paragraph with a space.

Worked out a way to keep the p
-tag, textile stays :-)
I’m working on 2 sites at the same time. First time TXP, loving it! It’s just so easy for a designer to understand the system!

Re: A laundrylist of questions, all about archives
Just an FYI: I’ve got a plugin that will do it (upm_textile_toggle). :)

Re: A laundrylist of questions, all about archives
Ok, another über-n00b question:
When I make a category-list it outputs a list of linked categories. All goes well, this is what I wanted it to do, but how do I “catch” category-page? When I click on a category, I get www.site.com/category/categoryname and the template is the one my homepage is using…

In the template used for the home page, you can use <txp:if_category>
tags to generate different content based on categories.

Or if you want it to use a section’s page template, use attribute section
.

Thanks, but I’m going for the other solution, that way, I have more control over the page!
