Access Control in TextPattern?

Hello all,

I’m investigating which CMS to use for two projects, and I’m trying to see if TextPattern is an option.

For these projects, I need to be able to give users access to edit/create specific pages and specific articles.

I’ve looked around, searched etc, but I haven’t been able to see if TextPattern supports this. Does it?

Thankyou in advance.

Yes, if they are “authorised” contributers there are several levels of author access to the back-end with different permissions – further information on roles and permissions in the textbook.

If you want visitors to be able to contribute content, you can use the mem_moderation and mem_self_register plug-ins.

Thankyou, I must have missed that page. It seems to fullfill my needs. Thanks for the reply.
