How do I make this?

I want to make something like this:

Concepts (Model of data):

• Signup for two profiles of users (business owner and reviewer).
• Each reviewer can collect the reviews made.
• A review can contain images.
• A review has feedback.
• A reviewer can have other reviewers as friends, and can request recommendations or make his own.

(*)Maintain the whole information of these concepts and their relationships.

Features:

• Show the top reviewers.
• See the reviews made.
• See the reviews made by friends and recommended business.
• Search reviews by zone.
• Search user’s profiles by zone
• Create bookmarks of favourites.
• Save search results.
• Store feedback.

Can be made with textpattern?
