Download issue, file getting truncated.
Hello,
I recently inherited care of a Textpattern-run website and my clients are having problems with file downloading. They can upload files (newsletters in .PDF format) with no problems. File sizes are displayed correctly, and one can pull them off the server via FTP with no problems/corruption. However, when one tries to download the file via the Textpattern link, the file appears to get cut off.
The following PHP.ini values are set as such: memory_limit 64MB, upload_max_filesize 40MB, post_max_size 40MB.

i just downloaded two of the pdfs (the 5 and the 7 meg newsletters) without issues at all. both upon up just fine and are the correct file sizes as far as i can tell
