[request] check for plug in updates
Its a lot of work checking for plug in updates and installing the latest version for each one.
Firefox has the ability to check for extension updates, and Rob Sable has got rss_pluginstaller that does a similar thing for his own plug ins.
Anyone feel like writing some code to simplify and automate this for all txp plug ins?

asv_plugin_installer was recently released that modifies Rob’s plugin so you can enter different feeds for updates, and a companion plugin that allows plugin developers to easily send compatible feeds.
