Comment form appears in wrong place
My comments and form are not appearing in the correct place in the HTML. Two examples:
Comments are closed. Existing comments appear twice. Once below the article (in the white area) and again below everything else:- http://thinkingandmaking.com/entries/246/

In my article form, the comments form should appear below the body, but above the footer. In the HTML, the comments form appears after everything else in the article form.

(I remember reading something about defult comments form behavior and how to override, but can’t find the link. And my google-fu fails me today. Even a link to decent write-up of how the comments work would be fantastic.)

admin -> preferences -> set “Automatically append comments to articles?” to ‘no’

No “Automatically append comments to articles?” under Admin prefs.
Running Textpattern version: 4.0.4 (r1956).
(I can upgrade to 4.0.5, but I installed just prior to the 4.0.5 release.)

Ah, if the comment prefs are missing -> see FAQ
Upgrading to 4.0.5 is recommended for security reasons, btw.
