New articles don't show up
I’ve got a fresh install of 4.0.5 and hit a roadblock. The original message “lorem ipsum…” works fine, but any new content refuses to show up on the front page or in any category/section/search lists. I’ve checked the MySQL table, and the rows are identical except for the content of the post. I can view the articles by typing the urls into the address bar. I changed the original article’s id number to 3, and it still works fine.
My site is http://sableeagle.com
one of the new articles can be found at http://sableeagle.com/article/2/test
I have not changed any of the settings for textpattern, it’s a completely default install.

Re: New articles don't show up
Uh, I can see both article ID #2 and #3 listed on your front page, as well as on their section page, and on searches (2 and 3). Either would only show on category lists if they were assigned to a category.

Re: New articles don't show up
They just started showing up. Their sudden appearance helped me find the problem. Something seems to be wrong with the timestamps and the server’s clock. The articles were being post-dated and didn’t show up until the time they thought they were created.
I just now stumbled upon the help pop-up explaining how it works. I feel a little stupid now.
