Finding previous versions of Textpattern
Where are previous versions of Textpattern available? Specifically, I need 4.0.4. This is needed when moving an old installation to a new server ( http://textbook.textpattern.net/wiki/index.php?title=Moving_Installation_from_one_Host_to_Another ).
I actually only need the default.php and .htaccess files from that version.

This is needed when moving an old installation to a new server.
Er, why? Just move your files as they are.
