Accordion mootools effect combined with dynamic gallery
Hello everybody.
I’d like to implement an alphabetical list (A… B… C…) of letters combined with a coordinated dynamic gallery.
The effect I’d like to obtain is this: clicking on a letter (T, for example) it should appear a short description of the item (T, for Textpattern is an open source content management system originally developed by Dean Allen….) and, at the meantime, it should appear a coordinated image (the logo of TXP, in this case). Then, clicking another letter (A, for example) the text should change (A, for Amiga, is a family of personal computers originally developed by Amiga Corporation…) and a new image (The Amiga logo) should substitute the previous one in the same frame/position.
In other words I’d like to combine the accordion mootools effect used in the FAQ of Advisors Of Debt FAQ (a TXP powered site) with a gallery like this one by Jeff Khonsari (with the letters instead of numbers, for example).
Is out there someone who realized something like this? Are there alternative solutions to get the same effect (changing, with one click, text and image)?
Thanks in advance,
candyman.

Have a look at www.artviper.de/ImageMenu – it’s a mootools accordion with a xml parsed image gallery.
