File section notice; Undefined variable and index

Hi,
I have this notice coming up when I navigate to the file section in the admin. Anyone know what I can do, I tried doing a clean install of the textpattern software (4.0.5) But it still comes up. Maybe something with the database?

DId you keep the update directory when you installed? Setup needs that too (you delete it and the ‘setup’ folder itself after setup is complete).
