Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

Can anyone please shed more light on the payment system side of things and the checkout process?

Will one be able to use PayPal Pro? protx? WorldPay to handle payments?

Also would you need to use SSL and S-HTTP?

Thanks!

nice!

not to hijack this thread as im sure we’re all patiently waiting for it, but whatever happened to team textpattern’s ecommerce attempt that was announced over a year ago?

Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

Hi guys, I have also been working on this plugin in parallel with Levi & JR. I wasn’t around for a few weeks, but now I’m back and the only thing remaining is the shopping cart.

I have provided Levi with my shopping cart scripts that I’ve done a few months back, I don’t really know whether he used them or not.

I will have a finished version of this plugin within the next 2 weeks. Mind you, the version I have is more of a developer’s one, rather specific to this project and there are still some bugs I’m aware of but weren’t crucial at the time.

OK, the online shop is in heavy development right now, I’ll post the link when it’s all up and running ; ).
