Ok guys.
Here is my solution here
Note : this example is’nt finished but paginated comments structure is OK.

Ok guys.
I’d make a zipped package with all templates for this example here
You could find a “Read-me-first.txt” file for all explanations.
Note : I’d make it in 1 day and obviously it’s not finished at all! (some logical errors, not optimized for a professionnal work)

Ok. I would propose you to share our experience to adapt this work.
It’s seems that we can’t strip comments in multiple pages like Alistapart website. I think we can create an alphabetical index for authors general page.
