none latin url trouble

,yes,well. i have a site powered by txp,
i’m using http://yourd.com/yourtitle type
when i creat a article i type the title myself by “URL-only Title”

but i’m using chinese so i input the title with “忍者”

i can access this article by “ http://iblog.org.ru/忍者 “ but in the sourcecode of index page , the url changes to “ http://iblog.org.ru/%E5%BF%8D%E8%80%85 “

i need that url in sourcecode can be also the chinese character,like below:

i think that non latin characters are not supported by browsers in the address bar.

any solve plan?
i just know that “wikyblog” can use none latin character in the sourcecode of the webpages.
