Upgrading to v4.0.5 - small CSS issue

Went well for the most part, but under diagnostics, I’m getting:

modified_files:
/css.php

The ? doesn’t give me any information. It appears as though the styles are being applied properly … yellow bar isn’t across the top (although the TXP logo is) and some of the text isn’t formatted correctly.

Thoughts?

Had the same problem but clearing the cache solved it…

Still not working properly … it appears that the css.php file isn’t being referenced in the right way. Here’s a screenshot of what I’m seeing … notice the missing yellow bar and lack of formatting/box around status:

Have you tried CTRL+F5?

I had the same problem, and a forced refresh (described by Ruud) solved it.

Same here, on several revisions back.
