phw_DTD: Which line should I change in 4.0.5?

Hi, I have phw_DTD plugged in; since I’ve upgraded TextPattern to 4.0.5, I should change 1 line in textpattern/publish.php; in older versions, it was line 170: header(“Content-type:text/html; charset=utf-8”);
But now, these line doesn’t seem to exist at 170 nor other line; which line should I change now for phw_DTD to work?

There is one on 115 for popup-comments (if you use that). But the one you’re looking for is probably on line 467
